Suggestions to your pace group: We’re going to be running mostly even split. Our goal pace is 7:14/mile, but I will keep us between 7:10 and 7:12/mile. This will give is some breathing room and account for course tangents. Also there have been windy years on this course. And since it’s out and back we can use that to our advantage if needed.
