The Modesto Marathon committee, in conjunction with the ShadowChase Running Club of Modesto, also offers an adult training program to encourage family participation and improved community fitness.The Modesto Marathon and Teens Run Modesto programs are seeking sponsors.As we gear up for our fourth year, we have seen the positive effects the marathon has had on our community. The teen and adult groups are flourishing, we have a new walking group, and even greater growth is expected.

We would love to share our success with you and talk about ways you may share in our program, promoting your business and cause as well. First and most importantly we are seeking another major sponsor who will also gather the benefits of hosting the Marathon and all promotions we do leading up to the race day itself.Download a printable version of the sponsor opportunities:

Gold — $2,000

Your logo will be listed on the home page of our website, interior pages and a sponsor directory page.  E-mail marketing ads, logo on race fliers, posters, course map, and shirts as a sponsor. You will have an opportunity to promote your business at our Expo with a 10×10 sponsor booth where there will be a sponsor banner with your logo, the banner will also be used in the finish area of the marathon. Your logo will be listed on a mile marker on the race course and you will receive two race entries to any one of the three races.

Silver — $1,000

Your logo will be listed on interior pages of our website, a sponsor directory page, and e-mail marketing ads. Logo on course map, race shirts, 10×10 sponsor booth at the Marathon expo for 50% discount.  Your business/logo will be listed on a sponsor banner at our Expo and will be used in the finish area of the marathon.  Your logo will be listed on a mile marker on the race course.

Bronze — $500

Your logo will be listed on interior pages of our website and a sponsor directory page, course map, including a sponsor banner at our Expo that will also be used in the finish area of the marathon. Your business name will also be printed on shirts as a sponsor.

Volunteer Shirt sponsor — $1,500

Volunteer shirts will be printed with a large exclusive logo on the back worn by 500-plus volunteers at the Marathon Expo as well as on race day.  Also includes your logo on race shirts and website home page, sponsor recognition on the volunteer section of our website and a website directory page. Your business/logo will be listed on a sponsor banner that will also be used in the finish area and Expo.

Marathon Training Program shirt sponsor — $1,000

Training group shirts will have a large exclusive logo on the back which will be worn by 100-plus adults participating in the 6 month training program.  Also includes your name/logo on race shirt, your logo on interior pages of our website and a sponsor directory page.

Pace Team Sponsor — $2,500

Your logo will be listed on the home page of our website, interior pace team page and a sponsor directory page.  E-mail marketing ads, logo on race fliers, posters, course map, and shirts as a sponsor. You will have an opportunity to promote your business at our Expo with a 10×10 pace team sponsor booth where there will be a sponsor banner with your logo that will also be used in the finish area of the Marathon. We will list your logo/business on a mile marker on the race course. Also, included are 2 race entries to any one of the races.

Start and Finish Line Banners — $1,000

Display your name/logo on the start or finish line banner. Not exclusive to title/presenting or additional sponsor.  Must have a silver or higher sponsor level in order to be eligible for the Start/Finish banner sponsorship.

Expo Booth Space — $100-250

Pricing varies depending on location in the Expo. Refer to Expo layout map on our website for pricing.

Directly help an area teen with a sponsorship in the Teens Run Modesto program.
